This Plumeria Tree, also sometimes called a Frangipani tree, stands outside suite #2.  During the early spring it produces hundreds of flowers you see used to make the Hawaiian lei.  The display continues through the summer with the flower count reducing until all the leaves/flowers fall in the late autumn.

Driving Directions;

If you are heading north or south on I-75, leave the Interstate at exit 217, SR70 - head west.

You will cross Highway 301, where SR70 becomes 53rd Avenue - keep heading west.

Eventually, 53rd reduces to one lane and you will approach a new turn circle – turn right onto 75th Street.  Head north for about half a mile.

At the next light – turn left onto Cortez Road (684) and head west out over the bridge onto Anna Maria Island

Once over the bridge, turn left onto Gulf of Mexico Drive (789) and head south for three blocks – look for the Circle K and turn left into 1st Street North (if you hit the turn circle you have gone too far!!)
