We have officially entered Low Season on the Island. The beaches are a little quieter than they have been and the lines are a little less long but we have noticed that while we aren’t in High Season, it doesn’t seem as quiet as it has in years past for this time of year. There is still activity on the Island and people taking full advantage of Paradise!
The last couple of weeks has brought some rain to the island and was much needed in that very first week, it helped to cool us all off from the terrible heat of the summer and give life back to the grass and plants. After the second week we were all begging the sun to come back and dry everything out.
Today the sun is bright and high in the sky. And looking ahead to the 10 day forecast rain chances are 20-30% chances which has me planning a few visits to the beach for some much needed sand and sea!
There are some events planned on the Island which are coming up and if you’re looking for something to do to coincide with a visit, here are a couple of the upcoming events:
Bayfest on October 19th 2019 at 10:00am to 9:00pm

The Beach N Food Truck Festival is on April 4th at 10:00am to 8:00pm
