General Policies

** WE OPERATE A STRICT NO SMOKING, NO VAPING AND NO PET POLICY IN ALL OUR ROOMS ** Any violation will incur an additional pre-tax cleaning charge of $90.00 per room and the guest will be asked to vacate the room.

Rates:

Prices stated are per room and will include two adults plus, in certain designated rooms, two children under 5 years old.   Additional persons (over 5 years old) sharing a room will incur an additional charge of $25.00 per person per night plus applicable taxes. Rates stated for our multi room suites, including the cottage, includes the first four adults or a family group of two adults and up to three children under five years old.

The Cottage will accommodate five persons comfortably.  Please note that the rate covers the first four adult guests or a family group of two adults and up to three children under five years old.  If your group includes a fifth adult, they will incur the additional adult daily charge.

The king studio and king apartment only contain one king-size bed.  These rooms will only accommodate 2 adults.

Our 1 bedroom mini apartments will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or mom, dad and two small children or – mom, dad and one older child.

Our 1 room studios will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or, if needed mom, dad and one small child.

Daily housekeeping is not provided in order to keep costs down. Housekeeping is available for an additional charge of $17.50 plus tax per day. Fresh towels are available by request please see room binder for more information. At peak times and during public holiday periods, we may require a minimum stay of up to 7 days and all rooms may be subject to high season rates. If you have any doubts, you should call to confirm.

Deposits:

A minimum $50.00 deposit guarantees your reservation with the balance of payment due upon arrival.  This can be paid by credit or debit card, traveler’s check or cash.  Please note we do not accept personal or business checks at check-in.  No allowance or refund will be made for a late check in or an early check out.  ** Please note that your reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit has been paid and has cleared **

Cancellation Policy:

We take a $50.00 deposit which is NON-REFUNDABLE. For any cancellations within 24 hours prior to check in time of 2:30pm on due day of arrival 50% of the balance will be due. For a cancellation without notice 100% of the balance will be due.

Damage To Hotel Property: We reserve the right to charge individual guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure. If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if the discovered after the guest has departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address. We will however make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum.
